Brian Kennedy’s actions following the disappearance of Madeleine McCann

We are very sorry to report that we have temporarily removed all of Seamus McGuigan's  8-part article on Cheshire multimillionaire Brian Kennedy and his involvement in the Madeleine McCann case, as a result of a letter received today from Mr Kennedy's lawyers, Carter-Ruck. We are currently seeking clarification from Mr Kennedy's lawyers as to precisely which parts of the article he objects to, after which we hope to restore as much of the article as we can. We apologise for the inconvenience.
