Letter of appeal to the Information Commissioner

 

 

On 19 April, Tony wrote to the Home Office Freedom of Information Act Section - Re: Involvement by the Home Office with the McCanns regarding a possible review or re-investigation into the disappearance of Madeleine McCann.

On 21 April the Home Office said it needed more time to answer the questions because they needed ‘more time to consider the public interest test’.
 
It is now 32 working days sinceTony made his request and many of you also made a similar request. Tony has submitted a letter of appeal to the Information Commissioner.
